In simple words Constitution is Formal document (Written or Unwritten) that contains aggregated Fundamental principles of a state or an organization or a Political Party according to which a state or an organization or a party is governed . Like every state, Pakistan got the status of Republic when its first Constitution was proclaimed on 23 March 1956 after a long struggle of 9 years. Unfortunately, due to some reasons, the constitution was abrogated (after 2 years) on 7 October 1958 while executive power had vested to the hand of the Military.
